The Housing Policy delegate and president of the Municipal Housing and Land Company (EMVS Madrid), Álvaro González, and the president of the Official College of Quantity Surveyors and Technical Architects of Madrid (COAATM), Jesús Paños, inaugurated this morning the second technical office of the information service on building rehabilitation in Madrid (SIREM), at the headquarters of this professional college.
In the office, citizens will be able to access information on the requirements, conditions, and content of the Rehabilita Madrid Plans processed by the City Council; they will find assistance in completing the applications and documentation required in the corresponding calls for these plans; they will have the opportunity to review the submitted applications and documentation; they will receive technical assistance from the project designers of works and other actions established in these plans and the municipal technical services, allowing them to prepare, on an annual basis, statistics on the inquiries handled.
This service is provided free of charge at the new information point of the Official College of Quantity Surveyors and Technical Architects of Madrid from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. /
