PLENO EXTRAORDINARIO
- PSOE, Más Madrid, Podemos y VOX han vuelto a votar en contra de partidas para Servicios Sociales, para renovar el mobiliario urbano de zonas verdes y para el abono de la tasa de gestión de residuos.
- También se han opuesto al pago de 1.753.145 euros en facturas que se adeudan a diferentes empresas que han prestado sus servicios al Ayuntamiento.
Hoy se ha celebrado un Pleno Extraordinario en el Ayuntamiento de Leganés en el que se han presentado cinco modificaciones presupuestarias y la oposición ha vuelto a votar en contra de todas ellas. El equipo de Gobierno (PP-ULEG) ha propuesto incrementar 250.000 euros para Emergencia Social, invertir 492.000 euros en material para los Centros Municipales de Mayores, destinar 300.000 euros a renovar el mobiliario urbano de zonas verdes y aumentar diferentes partidas para Servicios Sociales, en materias de discapacidad o prevención del suicidio, entre otras. PSOE, Más Madrid, Podemos y VOX han rechazado todas las propuestas y también se han opuesto a incrementar diferentes partidas para Servicios Sociales, en materias de discapacidad o prevención del suicidio, entre otras.

La totalidad de puntos debatidos en la sesión plenaria y el resultado de las votaciones de cada uno de ellos han sido los siguientes:
1- Propuesta de la concejala de Hacienda de aprobación inicial del expediente de modificación presupuestaria nº 2025/36k/hac_mdfppto de crédito extraordinario por aplicación de superávit y modificación del anexo de inversiones. Una partida de 300.000 euros para renovar el mobiliario urbano en zonas verdes y ajardinadas. Rechazada con los votos a favor de PP y ULEG; y en contra de PSOE, Más Madrid, Podemos y VOX.
2- Propuesta de la concejala de Hacienda de aprobación inicial del expediente de modificación presupuestaria nº 2025/27n/hac_mdfppto de suplemento de crédito por aplicación de superávit para el abono de la tasa de gestión de residuos de la Mancomunidad del sur por un importe de 800.000 euros. Rechazada con los votos a favor de PP y ULEG; y en contra de PSOE, Más Madrid, Podemos y VOX.
3- Propuesta de la concejala de Hacienda de aprobación inicial del expediente de modificación presupuestaria nº 2025/24d/hac_mdfppto de suplemento de crédito por aplicación de superávit relativo a la Cuenta 413. Para el pago de facturas a proveedores por valor de 1.753.145 euros. Rechazada con los votos a favor de PP y ULEG; y en contra de PSOE, Más Madrid, Podemos y VOX.

4- Proposal from the Councilor of Finance for the initial approval of the budget modification file nº 2025/20m/hac_mdfppto for a credit supplement by applying surplus for the needs of Social Services, Family, and the District Municipal Board of San Nicasio. An allocation of 814,150 euros for Social Emergency (250,000 euros), suicide prevention actions, disability awareness, and artistic and musical performances for the JMD of San Nicasio. Rejected with the votes in favor of PP and ULEG; and against by PSOE, Más Madrid, Podemos, and VOX.
5- Proposal from the Councilor of Finance for the initial approval of the budget modification file nº 2025/34l/hac_mdfppto for extraordinary credit and credit supplement by applying surplus and modification of the investment annex for the Senior Centers. An allocation of 492,000 euros for the acquisition of audiovisual equipment, replacement of billiard tables, replacement of mirrors and lamps, and acquisition of pergolas and flooring for patios.
EXTRAORDINARY PLENARY
- PSOE, Más Madrid, Podemos, and VOX have once again voted against allocations for Social Services, for renewing urban furniture in green areas, and for paying waste management fees.
- They have also opposed the payment of 1,753,145 euros in invoices owed to various companies that have provided services to the City Council.
An Extraordinary Plenary Session was held at the Leganés City Council today where five budget modifications were presented, and the opposition once again voted against all of them. The Government team (PP-ULEG) proposed an increase of 250,000 euros for Social Emergency, an investment of 492,000 euros in materials for Municipal Senior Centers, allocation of 300,000 euros to renew urban furniture in green areas, and an increase in various allocations for Social Services, in areas of disability or suicide prevention, among others. PSOE, Más Madrid, Podemos, and VOX rejected all proposals and also opposed increasing various allocations for Social Services, in areas of disability or suicide prevention, among others.
