After the meeting, De la Uz wanted to express his gratitude to the Guardia Civil and the Local Police «for their excellent work, collaborating on a security plan for the San José de Las Matas festivities that, year after year, demonstrates its effectiveness. To the point that last year, not a single complaint was filed during all the days of the festivities, an achievement that is almost impossible to maintain. A success resulting from continuous effort, adequate provision of resources, reinforcement of staff, and collaboration among the security forces. Thanks to this work, Las Rozas has established itself as one of the safest municipalities in the region and probably in Spain.»
In addition to detailing the Comprehensive Security Plan for the upcoming San José Obrero Festivities of Las Matas and the celebration of Our Lady of Retamar on Monday, May 5, attendees learned about reports of actions by the Guardia Civil and Local Police.
