Coslada is in the eye of the storm after Bea’s complaint, the owner of a property who has had to deal with a delinquent tenant.
Since June, her tenant has stopped paying rent, accumulating a debt close to 11,000 euros. «This is causing me mental problems, I’m constantly anxious,» confesses Bea, who has tried to communicate with her tenant without success.
The situation gets even more complicated for Bea, as she is not the only one affected. Many clients of the dental clinic opened by her tenant in the property are in the same situation, with unfinished treatments after making significant payments.

To raise awareness about their issue, some affected individuals have decided to put up signs in the clinic’s window: «Open the clinic and finish the treatments. You’ve left us hanging,» reads one of them.
Cristina, another affected person, shares her experience: «He left my mouth hanging with a budget of 13,500 euros that I’m still paying off and the work is more than halfway done.»
To organize and confront this situation, they have created a WhatsApp group that currently has around 60 people, although they estimate that there are about 150 affected individuals in total. Juan and Teresa are other members of the group who have expressed their frustrations.

Juan had an Invisalign treatment that was supposed to last two years, but the clinic closed abruptly a month ago. «I have to pay 100 euros every month until I finish with the financing,» he comments resignedly.
Similarly, Teresa has also fallen victim to the deception: «Since it closed, I have nothing left. I paid 2,500 euros, which I couldn’t recover. Besides, the man told me I had cancer, so on top of everything, they are fooling you because all he wanted was to take the money.»
The affected individuals hope that their complaints will succeed and they will manage to recover their lost money, while wondering how a clinic can close its doors leaving so many people in such a precarious situation.
