With the arrival of the summer season, the six university bus lines of the Municipal Transport Company (EMT Madrid) that cover the service to the Somosaguas Campus, Ciudad Universitaria, and the Vallecas Polytechnic Campus will modify their usual service between June 9 and September 7.
Coinciding with the non-teaching period in universities, the adjustment will begin on June 9 with a decrease in service on the university lines E (Conde de Casal-Sierra de Guadalupe), F (Cuatro Caminos-Ciudad Universitaria), G (Moncloa-Ciudad Universitaria), and U (Séneca-Paraninfo). These four lines will operate with a low season service between June 9 and July 15. From July 16 to August 31, none of these four lines will provide service, resuming their low season service from September 1 to 7.
On the other hand, lines A (Moncloa-Somosaguas) and H (Aluche-Somosaguas) will also operate with low season frequencies between June 9 and July 14 and from September 1 to 7. Likewise, from July 15 to August 10 and from August 25 to 31, both lines will operate with non-teaching day frequencies. Additionally, they will not provide service from August 11 to 24.
Starting on September 8, all lines (A, E, F, G, H, and U) will resume their regular frequencies.
